My approach
I am currently certifying as a DONA International birth doula, seeking to support women in the first tender year of motherhood, by providing knowledge, resources, and in-person support. I am there to empower you to make choices that reflect your deepest desires for your prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences.
Meeting Up
After our 15-30min phone interview, if we both decide it’s a good fit to move forward, our first meeting will take place at a neutral location where we will get to know each other even more. All other appointments will take place at your home, and then ultimately, the birth place.
I currently provide 2 prenatal appointments, presence at the labor/birth/delivery, and 1-2 post-partum visits (depending on need).
In-person and remote options
I am based primarily out of the south and west metro area. After our first phone interview, I would love to set up a time for us to meet in person, or over video for our first meeting. Go to the contact page and let’s connect!
